Nice pics. What's the dish being served in the second pic from the top in Uruguay? Were you Scared at all while in Brazil? Makes me think of City Of Gods

short ribs, rib eye steak and sweet blood sausage from that place that was fantastic

na, wasn't too crazy at all. i got my bank card hit by a skimmer though the last few days so i am dealing with that right now but no actual harm or time i thought i was in danger and i went through a couple slums and saw 2 armed dealers

i tried to go to City of God and they wouldn't take me to it. i wanted to see it in the day on the "outskirts" of it and couldn't get anyone to take me
 
As usual, top notch and awesome pics and your Menhir pics were doubly awesome.

The food menu was interesting, is it more expensive to eat or not?

Also, man they are really into bright colors, even their clothing.

I wish I could visit South America and see the sites as there is so much to see.

na, cheaper to eat there. steak, ribs, sausage, 3 beers, big bottle of water and it was like 23 bucks with tip

I love South America. Was my 3rd trip to the continent

Was the meat (steak,ribs, sausage)'as good as it is here? I wouldn't think that the health standards and the quality wouldn't be the same.

Shoudl be fine as long as you go somewhere good. The problem the US ran into was that we had/have ****ty health standards in factory farms.

yeah, it's good there. Argentina was better than Uruguay imo but it was still great

i love street food and prefer it while traveling

food when i come back to the states ****s with me more than food overseas

Amazing photos sir. Doubt I'll ever get to actually visit, and I'm not sure I'm brave enough to take either myself or my family down there but it sure is beautiful.

I wish you'd get an instagram account so I could follow your travels thru my phone. Getting harder and harder to visit the message boards with my busy life.
