Feels like it should be of more concern to some that the reason Texas succeeded in their effort appears to be due to taking the previously declared Unconstitutional act and just rewarding the citizens to do it for them. I’m gonna go ahead and ignore the specifics of abortion, no good can come from that.

It's a wacky enforcement mechanism for sure. I get the reasoning behind it, everyone is looking for ways to slide something through in a manner that will avoid Court interference, but it won't end well. The lack of punishment for false accusations is going to be a nightmare, and some type of federal legislation or Court maneuver will end up nixing the crowd sourced enforcement.
