The houses I’ve looked at aren’t falling like crazy, but the e sellers have less leverage.

That said most are stuck in a situation that they have to do something with the cash like buy another home or any sale cash gets hit with insane gains taxes.

So even if they take less they gotta have somewhere to go with it too.

Also prices have been rising hard for 10 plus in our vacation area. It’s been a hard uptrend with no dips. I’d say it’s more plateau than dip for us
