lol - restructuring pension obligations. Sucks for all those people working for the state arranging their retirement years around this.
 
Imagine being a native New Yorker who worked for the state for 40 years and then you’re told the expected payout on your pension will change so illegals and their children can get schooling and other benefits.

What a fucking joke.

But yeah robbing from retirement to make your city run seems like a fucking joke. That’s just the best way to put it.
