Still no Ron DeSantis helping lead the efforts to acquire test kits.
The cancer story told by Fox is kinda weird cuz, Ron D and Mrs D were at a NYE event in Miami.
A cancer treatment patient attending a super spreader event !
Call me skeptical of the Fox story.. and hoping my skepticism is misplaced.
After the controversy imploded in Fla. There were three or 4 totally different stories out of Ron D's offices within an hour.
The last he needed to take 2 weeks off the grid to tend to the wife's cancer.
I don't think he will be the nominee

It's pretty clear at this point that DeSantis' PR staff laid an ambush for the Twitterati by not announcing where he would be. As soon as they walked into it, his office made them look like heartless fools. It may not win him a single vote, but I approve of exposing the partisan hacks at every opportunity. Maybe it will cause them to hesitate the next time.
While I thought the week of “where is DeSantis?” commentary was dumb to begin with, I disagree with the conclusion drawn here if this was intentional. While I don’t think DeSantis’ personal family life is any of our business, I think that turning his wife’s cancer treatment into a gotcha moment would be more despicable than the media blindly wondering where he is if they didn’t know the truth. As a whole, I do agree that it’s weird we sensationalize these stories. Even if he were on vacation, it’s fine. Just like when Trump or Obama golfed or Mayor Pete took paternity leave. There’s an entire government there to handle the day-to-day and it’s not like they’re unreachable when they’re taking some personal time.
I think it was more an angle that he was so anti-kitchen sink that he was running scared now that CASES(!!!!) were exploding. Because we all know people getting a mild cold is a BIG BIG BIG deal.
Idiot communists. Can't wait till we get rid of you.

Here’s the rub- you aren’t getting “rid” of anyone. It will likely swing just as far left as it goes right as the elected prove their crazy in the public sphere. Plus you have the MSM spin machine that people lap up…

We can and we will get rid of the communists in the sense that they won't have as large of a microphone moving forward. Naturally they are losing support as their policies are proven failures. The school boards are being taken over by concerned moms. Social media will be reeled in in ways that we can't fathom right now.
Its all going to change. Hard to see it now but the next ten years we will see a lot of radical changes.
What I want more than anything is to move government agencies like the FBI/CIA into the mid-west and out of the Washington bubble.

but for second, how about beating the **** out of someone with your fists?
Is it possible that a severe assault charge might be one of those exceptions? Also, I’d first like to see what the alternative punishments would be before offering an opinion on other crimes.
