Spring Training 2015

I'll wait until we see who is #5 before getting upset over Martin, but if Wandy is #4 it's not looking good.

The way Fredi seems to prefer veterans makes it tougher for Martin IMO. I think Martin will have to continue putting up zeros to force his way on the team. And even then he might end up in the bullpen.
 
Wandy has struck out Stanton twice and boy did he dominate him that last AB. He brushed him back high and inside with a fastball and then made him look bad striking him out with a nasty curveball. That is what I like about Wandy!
 
Anyone else notice mlb.TV seems just a tad blurry this year?

Seems like all the games I've watched aren't a sharp image. Spring training quality?
 
Wandy is really sharp tonight, his curveball looks unhittable so far and he is getting lots of swings and misses on his fastball too. He is really locating his pitches well and pitching to both sides of the plate and up and down in the zone.

Wandy is doing this against basically the Marlins true starting line-up minus Dee Gordon too.
 
Uh oh, back to hybernation for Chris Johnson. That was an ugly AB which ended with CJ chasing a ball near his shoe tops low and inside.
 
Wandy finishes allowing no hits through five, he struck out 7 tonight. Great game by him, that was mid-season form sharp. Very impressed. Now Avilan is on in relief with the no hitter still going for the moment.

Yelich breaks up the no hitter against Avilan. Stanton coming up now and Perez coming in for Avilan.
 
Young drops another ball in the outfield, wow. I've seen this movie before against the same team in fact.

They gave him a hit but that is another two base error in truth, Young got there in time but just blew the catch again.

DOB is saying it's bad lights but this happened in the day game to Young recently too:

Fly ball bounced off glove of LF Eric Young Jr. in gap, ruled a double. Bad lights, still ugly. Runners on 2nd and 3rd with Perez pitching
