Augusta's Braulio Vazquez--who seems like he's been in the Braves' system for about a century--leads the entire minor leagues with 13 SBs. I can remember that there was some buzz surrounding him after his fairly impressive DSL debut in 2016, but he hasn't hit nearly as well as his initial impression suggested and they've had a seemingly hard time finding him a position in the field.
