Well, we don't want that. But hopefully there will be a searching investigation of what happened and why. Including the training that was provided to those cops. I hate to guess ahead of the facts but I'm thinking a combination of lack of training and poor leadership of the local police department. Like everyone else I find the reaction, the slowness of the reaction, to be shocking.
