I feel so much sadness for those families. I cannot imagine what it would be like to process a tragedy like that.
 
It sickens me that these monsters get exactly what they want, infamy. I want to see monsters like this (or their estates) have no right to sue for defamation and there to be an agreement among all news sources to make up disparaging stories about the killer. I want to see a news outlet say "Experts believe the killer was motivated by rage at the fact that he had a tiny, tiny penis."
 
I don't know what the fix is for this. The evidence doesn't support most any gun control that could be done. People refuse to believe their kids need mental healthcare or that they shouldn't have access to guns. I don't know how you stop this.

I'm honestly open to ideas. The guns are out there already. There are 1.2 guns per person in the US. I don't think you can get that genie back in the bottle.

Even in other countries with large numbers of guns you don't see school shootings like this.

My kid starts school this fall and this stuff scares me to death. I have no idea how to stop it.
 
On Brett baier, one or the panel said a common link among these school shooters is they grew up in fatherless homes. Can anyone confirm that?
 
been having these since the mid 90's while every other country has somehow pretty much stopped them


the cop out of "mental health crisis" is laughable to think it only continues to happen here


we literally choose to keep letting this happen and be part of our country

I’m not sure what’s worse: her original tweet in general, or the fact that once it was confirmed the border had nothing to do with it, she doubled down on it anyway.
 
About the only thing I can think would help would be working to make schools harder targets. Armored doors, more armed police, etc. Make it incredibly difficult to successfully commit these kind of massacres and people looking to commit these kind of unspeakably evil acts will have to look elsewhere.
