The bear is in 2 week hibernation stage

Not sure if he can be called up that quickly. I am sure we hear about the corresponding move later on tonight.

See you after the winter is over.

Is this really a 2 week thing or is it longer?

Possibly longer. They will have to wait and see how he responds to the epidural steroid injection. Based on my experience, even if you can get over this, these things tend to recur. The good news is that this isn't in his lower back where his weight plays a greater role. The bad news is, if he ever has to have surgery on this, they will have to collapse a lung to get to it.

Chad Paronto is waiting by the phone. Chris Resop is throwing in the back yard. Tyler Yates is emailing his resume to Wren.

Chris Resop was actually on somebody's team recently. Looked it up, is on Boston's AAA team, pitched for Oakalnd last year. Only 31. Wouldn't have thought that was possible.

Bob Wickman is kicking the horribly disfigured 60-year-old prostitute out of his bed, lighting a Winston, and trying to remember his former agent's name.

Gattis will be out , my best guess at least 6 weeks. 2-3 weeks the bulge will be gone, it will take another 3 to get to 80% strength in the tissue supporting the dislodged disc.
