Biden is a well known racist. That's why I was shocked that black people were stupid enough to vote for him in the primaries. It's not a whole lot different than a Jewish person voting for a Nazi. I will never understand it.
 
CPI up 5% last month... Largest since the great recession.

Of course, anyone who is not an idiot understands how CPI does not accurately reflect rising prices on consumers.

Reality is much worse. Poor people get hurt the most

I'm sure I don't need to explain base effects to you, but this is exactly what you would expect to see when you're doing YoY comparisons to April/May of 2020- not surprisingly, it was almost right in line with economists projections. The majority of the increase was in used cars, airfare, and hotels, all of which are in line with either supply chain interruption (cars) and/or reopening of the country.

The more important question is how quickly will this fade, and will wage growth be able to keep up in the interim. You're obviously entitled to your opinion on that, but I'm not sure any of us can pretend to know now and the reality is we won't know anything with any degree of confidence for a few months.

So approaching 6 months of the Biden administration and it has taken zero steps to decriminalize of marijuana. I told you he was a snake in the grass who was trying to placate voters until after he is in office. Now its double middle fingers to America. I dont just say his voters because legalization is the ONLY bipartisan issue. Its overwhelmingly favored by both sides. Can't wait for the 2024 election to hear Jim Crow Joe say we need to re-elect him so he can do what he already promised to do knowing full well that if he gets re-elected he will again give two giant middle fingers to America.
