It's amazing how they internalized this Russia stuff. It's like they know there's something up between Trump and Russia so they want to get out front of it.

As for thethe, my position before the Mueller report released was that the Trump campaign tried to collude with Russia but failed because of incompetence or inability. They did take a meeting with Russians offering dirt on Hillary Clinton. So where do I take my victory lap? I have already acknowledged what I got wrong and what the media got wrong. We thought they would be looking at business dealings with Russians like his suspicious loans by Deutsch Bank at the same time they were laundering money for Russia. Trumps love letters to Putin telling him he is his hero are good enough evidence to me that Trump never had any real contact with Putin before getting 3 million less votes than Hillary Clinton. I think Russia has been propping up Trump ever since he was invited there by a Russian diplomat in the 80's. I think the deal was he helps destabilize the US in exchange for financial backing of Russia. Trump was at a financial low point of his life and all of a sudden became a huge critic of the US. Of course back then it was Japan he was railing against not China. I am sure its just a coincidence that Putin's agenda somehow just magically lines up with Trumps. Putin wanted to destroy peoples faith in our elections. Thats a success beyond his wildest dreams right now. He wanted to destroy Nato which the US pulling out would accomplish. Trump would have lost by 10 million more votes if he did that so he had to wait for a second term.

The laptop itself is real but what was on it is what's speculated to be Russian disinformation. Some things have been confirmed but even the repair shop guy said there been attempts to insert fake **** into the hard drive. Many copies were made and any of the copies people like Googliani have I don't trust.



The story was very suspect to begin with but I accept the laptop was Hunters. If you told me Don Jr dropped off a laptop to a bloke repair guy who said he can't confirm it was actually Don Jr and then never picked it up I would find that suspect too.




And let me repeat something I have said many times. If there's any actual prosecutable crimes from that laptop and anyone at the FBI did anything to protect Hunter from criminal charges I 100% want all those people prosecuted. Same with any of the federal prosecutors who took the campaign finance investigation of Trump from Pomeranz and then proceeded not to bring charges. I would like to hear from these prosecutors as to how they reached their decision. Also I would point out that Hunter can't be charged for pictures of him doing drugs because they can't confirm what the substance was. And there's no evidence Joe was ever in any corrupt deal with Hunter on the laptop. There's a proposition by Hunter to someone to which he later replies that Joe enthusiastic said no and this was in like his last 6 months as VP so he wouldn't have even been in position to effect policy.

Can you think of another example of coordinated censorship of a major US media outlet that occurred similar to the laptop censorship?
 
The NY Times sat on their story about the government spying on US citizens until after the 2004 elections at the request of GWB.



Or how about the coordinated campaign by the media against Ron Paul in 2012.

Neither of those examples were coordinated consership of true information
 
Did the mediums you are even talking about even exist then? You are just playing semantics. It's media censoring themselves at the request of a President to help him in an election. We can't say for certain but there's a good chance Kerry wins if this story wasn't censored.



And we don't know if the Ron Paul **** was coordinated. I would think not but the fact that they were using the same exact phrasing on 5 different networks makes me suspicious it was.



Beyond that the Hunter Biden laptop story was shouted from the rooftops by Republicans. No one paying attention to politics didn't know about it . Whereas the NY Times story was not as available as the laptop story and even voters following politics didn't know about it. I don't know of anything on the laptop that would change anyone's opinion on who they voted for unless they believed **** Republicans media lied about, like the email business proposition that right wing media fails to mention was shot down by Joe according to another email on the laptop.

I provided an example of media censoring themselves at the request of the President to help him win an election. Is that not what you people are making accusations about? Could the word "coordinated" not be used to describe what the NY Times was doing with GWB? I don't know what 2 different media companies with coordinate the President to censor a story is worse than one media coordinating with the President. You could call both unethical but neither was illegal because it's not illegal to ask. If they were to forcibly cause a media company to censor something that's a much bigger and different deal. Trump himself even asked twatter to censor posts he didn't like. It's not illegal to ask.
 
Pretending like creating a fake story against an opposition candidate with direct coordination from Alphabet agencies as well as squashing a story for one side with coordination from alphabet agencies is just 'run of the mill' is a new level of dishonesty.

Okay, and what law does that break? You can complain all you want. Unless someone did something illegal I don't care. If someone did by all means prosecute them. You are far from the only person with a gripe about media coverage in elections. I already pointed out the NY Times helping Bush. If the NY Times alone had the laptop and sat on it to help Biden win are you telling me you wouldn't be complaing about that? John Kerry complained about the Swift Boat Veterans smear campaign. What percent of people though Obama was a Muslim in 2008 thanks to eight wing media lies. I think this was after 2012 but Trump himself pushed the birthed hoax long after it was proven to be a hoax. The Trump Russia investigation wasn't even widely known at the time of the 2016 election and by 2020 the Mueller report had dropped finding no evidence of direct collusion. You can blame people's speculation about Trump and Russia on hiring a corrupt guy like Manafort with connections to Russia who didn't even ask to be paid and Trump along Russia to find Hillarys emails. Nothing the FBI could ever do would match the damage by that statement. The whole time your boy was saying how the Russia investigation was helping him in the polls. Are you suggesting Trump was lying?

Gaetz is a strong ally of legalization. I would vote for him so long as he doesn't go MTG or Flynn level crazy. Which I suspect he might do to pander to people like you. Had fun watching Republicans dance around his legislation to disband the ATF.
