Is Ukraine aid considered defense spending? I know we've given them weaponry
I don't think Ukraine was the reason defense spending rose from $596 billion in 2016 to $778 billion in 2021. It was probably something else.
Just talking about current spending
Aid to Ukraine comes out of various accounts. A significant part of it has come from existing stocks of weaponry. But some of it is coming out of new orders.
If you give stock up though, you have you refill, which increases defense spending, right? I really have no idea how they account for this
Huge win for Biden and Americans in this deal, especially considering what the MAGA idiots wanted. Biden once again schooling the GOP.
Conservatives today do not care about spending.

I agree conservatives don’t care about spending.
But what’s the big win? Is owning the GOP (or the libs) basically what are government has devolved to?
Because across the board Americans hate and are hurt by inflation so a “deal” that guarantees inflationary pressure isn’t what I would call a “huge win”
you're not thrilled about 85K more IRS agents?
Revisiting Tara Reade today seems odd
Pretty sure none of our MAGA friends are interested in restarting that conversation
