The Biden Presidency

How anyone thinks the case in Florida has any chance of conviction shocks me.

Now its just the BS case in DC and only reason its alive is because of the idiot jurors.

None of these will result in a conviction. Trump will be president and then he has ample precident to jail Obama/HRC/Biden. Hopefully he follows through and doesn't worry too much about brining the country together this time. Or else its a massive failure. There more be reprucsions for the Obama cartel has done to this nation.
 
The American people never voted Biden in office in the first place. Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.

When I scanned over that in the news this morning, I had to stop and read it a second time. That "as he did during our interview" is the funniest kick in the balls I have seen in a while.

That quote *should* be devastating to his campaign.

If Trump handed over the documents when asked like Biden did he isnt facing criminal charges either. If he thinks he had a right to have them he had legal avenues to take to make that claim. Instead he choose to tell them "**** you I am above the law". And then plays the victim when he is criminally charged.

Proving willful intention to keep the documents is a key element in charging and prosecuting and between Biden and Trump only one of them was dumb enough to admit they willfully retained the document. Dont be mad at me that your lord and savior is a moron.
 
I have no idea if all of the lawfare games the Dems are playing will payoff for them in the next election. But they have absolutely damaged the relationship between the government and a huge number of citizens. This will be one of those wounds that lasts for generations. Trust is so much more difficult to earn back once you've proven yourself undeserving of it.

It doesn't say that in the law. You don't get to steal stuff for 50 years and just because you hand it over everything is fine. You don't get to share classified info with a ghost writer and get out of that just because you turned stuff over. I can't belive I have to tell people this.

Trump had a legal right to his documents and the government didn't follow proper procedure to get it back.

As Hur said a jury wouldn't convict him in his mental state. That's why he didn't recommend prosecution. However, Biden stole **** and just because you cooperate it isn't a get out of jail free card.
