it is possible for this to be true and also for it to be true that the dude who just got indicted lied under oath and fabricated his allegations

none of it is ok...but we should have a sense of proportion about the various levels of corruption we've seen in recent decades...it is not all on the same level

ditto for the amount and significance of the lies we've been told

ditto for the different amounts of gullibility and water-carrying for the home team that various members of these boards have shown

No doubt it's possible he did lie. Can you admit that we have a right to be skeptical from what we've seen from the DOJ/FBI?

True, but we've seen what the FBI/DOJ did during Russian Collusion and how David Weiss who charged this guy is also the person that pushed for that insane immunity thing in court for H.Biden that the judge said no to. Weiss also let most of statute of limitations pass in regards to a lot of Hunter stuff.

This isn't insane conspiracy stuff I'm talking about but legitimate things we have seen from this group. They now find one of their most reputable sources for the past 10 years to be a liar who supposedly lied just over the fact he doesn't like the Bidens.

I have every reason to be skeptical.

Having an adversarial legal system is the best way to get to the bottom of these thangs. At the end of the day either the evidence holds up or it doesn't.

David Weiss was responsible for the Russian Collusion stuff? The guy charged lied about the timeframes of his contacts with Burisma executives. He never met with them until long after Joe was out of office. Christoper Steele and others were valued sources for the FBI for years before the Russia investigation too.

I am just going by the standard set by the people I am mocking. Biden having dinner and meeting with people is not a crime. Hunters emails show nothing of relevance. They do show Hunter proposing an energy company but he also responds later that Joe emphatically said no. This was also when Biden was in his last year as VP. Thats not exactly the ideal time to set up a corrupt deal.

This has already been answered for a long time. Burisma was controlled by Russia who did shady **** which is why they were being investigated. The corrupt Russians controlling the company were removed and the new executives wanted to signal to people that they were no longer a corrupt Russian controlled company. What better way to do that than have the son of the US VP on their board. Thats what they got out of the deal.

You're going by their word on all of this. You know, the same people who tried to give future immunity to Hunter which the judge in court stopped. She said she never saw anything like this before.

Steele also wasn't brought up on charges which doesn't exactly help your case along with a bunch of other clowns that were never punished.

I could be wrong of course but this smells of more bull**** from the FBI/DOJ to protect the Bidens.

The FBI didnt charge this guy. David Weiss did. You can be mad at him all you want about the immunity deal but it got a guilty plea when theres no guarantee he will be convicted if it goes to trial. His immunity deal was because of people who have publicly advocated for politically prosecuting for being Joe Bidens son. David Weiss was a US attorney appointed by Trump who he has praised as "sharing his vision for making America Great Again".

1. Thats why we have trials. David Weiss was a US attorney appointed by Trump who he heaped praise upon. The immunity deal was because of threats of future political prosecution of Hunter for being the son of a prominent Democrat.

2. Steele didnt lie. He provided raw intelligence some of which has been verified and other parts havent. As opposed to Smirnov who told verifiable lies like he met with Burisma executives in 2015 and 2016 when it was actually 2017 long after Joe Biden had left office.

3. Funny how you believed everything coming for the Durham witch hunt despite the gaping holes in his indictments.
