Thats because you only look at a few that consistently pout things you agree with and make up reasons to dismiss any who dont. Theres a whole lot of legal scholars and you look at 2-3 and proclaim that to be unanimous between all of them. Heres just a list from the case Trump won regarding being DQ'd.

The DQ case at the supreme court ruled on who had the power to execute the DQ clause not whether Trump should be DQ'd based on that clause. And I dont think it was wrongly decided. I just think it should be a federal court not Congress because we need a uniform ruling that applies to all states and putting the power in Congress's hands virtually erases it from the constitution because the members are under no obligation to not be partisan. The amendment doesnt pass in the first place if they allowed the co-conspirators to vote in the first place. I never expected it to work so not the hill I am going to die on.

And Florida isnt a blue state but thanks for playing. Jack Smith isnt even a Democrat. Yeah, I know, he spent his whole life registered as an independent as a life long cover for the one day they wanted to prosecute the serial con artist if he ran for President.
 
I dont know that a Trump appointed Judge undoing 50 years of precedent to help Trump delay the case which would likely be overturned is a great example for you. Again, the case was dismissed based on an argument about whether Jack Smith was properly appointed. Even if it wasnt overturned it would have just another prosecutor assigned. But somehow you thought that was a clever response. Even Trumps own Judge denied all his motions to dismiss based on the facts and evidence of the case. I give Trump credit though. He played Merrick Garland like a fiddle. I think we can all agree Garland is the dumbest man in America.
