While this remains not a defense for the Biden administration even making the requests, didn’t the very conservative SCOTUS already determine they didn’t violate the first amendment?

I don't need a court to tell me whats obvious.

We had a national emergency (artificial one) and instead of telling people that the vaccine had serious side effects they hid if from the people and created an all out offensive to coerce people to take it.

If we had ALL the information then most people would not have taken the vaccine and the outcomes would have been better becasue of natural immunity.
 
How about people that lost their livlihoods because they didn't take the vaccine?

When do they get to sue?

No, the plaintiffs in the case had no standing but nothing was ruled on.
