The Biden Presidency

oh noes the libs are trying to cancel christmas! gotta whip the gop voting base into their usual silly frenzy.

Am curious why you think people shouldn't be bothered that the Presidential administration refers to them as "****ers"

I think most people are simply pointing out the never ending hypocrisy of the party of unity and inclusion consistently looking down/despising any American who might not agree with some of their views

to my mind ethnicity goes a long way here.
Kinda good idea having a Native American overseeing -- Native American affairs.

Her other qualification ?
she isn't on the fossil fuel payroll
She isn't in quarantine
had Biden announced anyone short of Zinke , Dr Ben Carson or Watt, MAGA would disapprove.

I am withholding judgement until she orders a desk

I don't disapprove of her. I disapprove of anyone being excited by her ancestry, and of anyone who would pick her because of her ancestry instead of her qualifications, which I still haven't seen anything about. Seems like intersectionality points are counting for more than qualifications at this point, based on a few of the historic nominations.

trying to recall your concern over the qualifications of Dr Ben Carson for example.
His qualifications were he was of the ethnicity that most populates public housing

.............

Funny how the only cabinet choice you have protested is a Native American woman.

After these past 4 years my advise would be to take notes
because your preferred way of doing business has proven ," how you say ", wanting

I agree. The VA would have been a much better spot for Carson. But I don't recall any NYT articles celebrating Dr. Carson's appointment, or your Bra F'n Vo post about it. Of course I don't expect to, intersectionality points are only counted for one side of the spectrum. I know that. You know that. It would just be nice to see a few of you admit that your side is both bigoted and hypocritical on this subject.

Tell me, how do you find me wanting?

And yes, I, after talking about my Cherokee ancestry and heritage on here multiple times, am complaining because she is a Native American.

Lol. I bet that changes if Democrats win the last two senate seats. Getting a vote means little if Republicans have the majority.

“I am going to treat him a hell of a lot better than Chuck Schumer ever treated Donald Trump.”

it really is incredible the gas lighting and just outright disregard for self awareness from him and the rest of the republican/maga crowd

i give it to them, they just don't care and do whatever it takes to win

it just makes me laugh when they get upset when others do what they do

Excellent idea by Senator Cruz to try to make it more difficult for the Biden administration to make poor choices. Sort of like baby proofing a house, except for foreign and economic policy.

pretty weird how Joe Biden doesn't brag about imaginary accomplishments

and demand that everyone praise him, nor does he throw a **** fit if a reporter

asks a tough question, what the fu** game is he playing

Isnt this the playbook tried in Wisconsin after Scott Walker was defeated.

And, wasnt this the playbook used by Putin when his term ran out 10 or so years ago ?

Senator Cruz isn't suggesting laws be rewritten as they were in Wisconsin. He's simply aware that the last administration Joe was part of er... forgot...that they were supposed to go to the Senate for advice and consent prior to treaty agreements. As a patriot, Senator Cruz wants to do his part to keep the new administration from... forgetting... that again and signing us back up for naive and misguided treaties.

Besides, I'm sure that after all the fear of authoritarian fascism engendered by President Trump, we can all agree that the executive branch has been allowed far too much power in recent years. Patriotic Senator Cruz doesn't want you to ever have to worry about a President being a fascist dictator again! Isn't that wonderful?

Everyone, regardless of party, should be supportive of this idea....unless there are people who were being disingenuous in their claims to fear President Donald J. Trump installing himself as a fascist dictator. I suppose those people wouldn't be fond of this idea at all.

The two times Biden has gotten a tough question he immediately snapped and insulted the reporter
