The Biden Presidency

I bet there isn’t one picture of her ever celebrating Kwanzaa before. Not one picture from last year or the year before, etc

I bet there isn't one picture of Trump attending Church outside of a campaign stunt. Not one picture from the last year before, etc.

See I can make up bull**** statements and parameters. Why should there be pictures of Harris celebrating a holiday with her family? Why should she be blasting them all over the internet? Would you hold a white man to the same standard? My guess is no.

Yeap. You’re falling for it again.

Ummm so she could have been celebrating basically her whole life?

But I guess it's par for the course for a white man to tell a black woman what she isn't capable of.

Kwanzaa didn’t become mainstream until the 90’s. She was born in 67. That’s some good childhood memories

who gives a **** when you think something went mainstream?

it was created in the 60's and was a thing in the 60's and 70's in the black power movement and black community

you're a complete fool

Nope, your problem is I'm not falling for it. I understand that the right holds a massive unfair double standard and bias. To them they don't care about what level their leaders are on, but they'll hold democrats to an even higher standard than democrats want to hold republicans.

You don't get it. You haven't gotten it for years. I don't expect you to get it. I'm not calling you out expecting something to click in your brain because you're so engrained in your ways, I'm doing it hoping it clicks for someone else.

So one person celebrated Kwanzaa for 30 years? That seems legit.

Now I'm assuming you've done even a moderate amount of research, and know that Harris was born in California. Her father and mother hung around the same social circles that created Kwanzaa and the Black Panther movement (both started in Cali, Black Panthers specifically started in Oakland, where Kamala was born)

It's a weird double edged sword that Republicans play with Harris. When they want to they hype her up as a scary black socialist. Other times they pose her as fake black.

She was a DA who overcharged thousands of African Americans to get them off the streets. She’s everything wrong with the judicial system but you give her a pass for it

She’s been on record backing socialist ideals. No one is hyping her up as one, she says that stuff

I don't recall ever saying I support Harris. I think you're barking up the wrong tree.

But cute parroting RW Media talking points.

Nobody on this board really knows. But why would someone with Indian and Jamaican parents celebrate a holiday based on African harvest festivals?

As a gay black transgender woman, I identify as having celebrated Kwanzaa since prior to it's invention or my birth. I'm not sure why anyone is opposed to Kamala doing the same thing, but I'm sure it has something to do with racism.

This lady is hilarious

I’m sorry, but this is just a terrible analysis. Harris grew up in Oakland and had a black father in the Academic world in California. Kwanzaa as it’s celebrated in America was conceived by a professor at UCLA. Is it really even remotely surprising to think that her father might have been celebrating it with her before it was widely celebrated?

Edit: this isn’t to say she’s telling the truth about it. It just seems like she was certainly in the right environment to have grown up celebrating the holiday as even a small child.
