Can probably be both, considering they can overlap so heavily.

But yeah, being alone with ones own mind untreated (if mental health is an issue) is a dark place.

small detail...your boy said the judge couldn't be impartial due to his ancestry...which of course is a textbook example of bigotry and racism

but with respect to credibly accused creepy joe he should not be opining on what the right verdict is...the boilerplate answer to these questions is to advise people to respect the work of the jury regardless of verdict

And when Trump did it, it was the worst thing ever and worth any risk of Biden tearing up the structure of government with new states and justices because it was so important that Trump go away.

Trump has forever lowered the bar. Very few people who voted for Biden want him to play by different rules than Trump played by. We have had enough of taking the high road ****.




The big difference between what Biden is doing is that he actually won in a landslide whereas Trump has never once gotten more votes than his opponet. Never even eclipsed the low bar that is 47% of the vote. Should a significant minority of the country be making big changes? The justices issue was a big part of the Republican campaign for both the Presidential election and two senate runoffs in Georgia. You lost all 3. Adding justices probably wont happen before the 2022 election so you still have a chance. If you lose yet again while running on the issue I cant see how it is not the will of the people.

No need to pack the court, introduce UBI and legalize weed, both incredibly popular and will keep you in office long enough for old farts like Alito, Thomas and Breyer to be replaced by Dem nominees. I mean I think Breyer retires shortly anyway, at 82 I wouldn't want to spend my last days being a judge personally.
