It's amazing what a difference it makes when the media is willing to examine statements and positions critically. The same lapdogs letting this pass are the ones who played up Romney's binders full of qualified women that he wanted to place in positions of power as sexism.

This is an odd misdirection. What she's meaning is that it adds $0 to the deficit since it would be, in theory, paid for. But if that's what you mean, why not just say that? Saying it adds nothing to the deficit or that it's fiscally responsible spending would have the same effect and actually be less confusing.

I honestly think Psaki is just really bad at her job. She's not great at spinning things. When she tries she tends to just end up making silly statements.
