Yeah, I’ve found this right wing obsession with these fires to be a bit fascinating. Don’t get me wrong, I’d certainly investigate the hell out of the cause of the fires and wouldn’t rule out arson, but my first thought on a dozen or so fires in a year was that it didn’t seem to be out of the realm of possible coincidences.

No idea if there's foul play or not, but wouldn't we need the overall number or warehouses in the US and what % of food ones burn each year to draw some sort of conclusion?

It wouldn't be an obsession if there were actual reporting explaining what is happening, especially in our current environment where the President is warning of.food shortages

That compares to 11 last year (12 months) and 8 the year before

A 351% YoY increase seems noteworthy, especially as president Biden recently warned of upcoming food shortages
