The current buzz phrase is "securing access to reproductive healthcare". I find that rich. It's not about securing a access to reproductive healthcare. It's about securing access to an abortion. Call a spade a spade.
If it was about securing access to reproductive healthcare, we'd be trying to tear down the obstacles people face in getting all manner of reproductive healthcare. There's zero push by the left to give greater access to healthcare that would allow pregnancies to happen or greater access to healthcare during a pregnancy. All the talk of reproductive healthcare is focused on one type of reproductive healthcare, abortions.
Before anyone makes the comment, yes there's hypocrisy on the right as well. If life was as sacred as it is made out to be then you'd think they would be pushing to give these innocent, new lives everything they need or else push for even more lives to be created. Yet again, we have no push on the right to provide the help necessary aid in the care of pregnant women and babies or provide the help some need to get pregnant.
