Trump appointed judge dismisses lawsuit from parents alleging the DoJ targeted them as domestic terrorists. The judge said the AG memo the judge said the memo did not impose any regulations, requirements or enforceable actions and even if they did they did not apply to the plaintiffs actions which the memo literally stated. It also rejected any harsh from being "labeled" domestic terrorists because the AG memo never uses that term and the only place it is used is by the school officials who wrote a letter to AG Garland asking for help and the DoJ is neither a part of that group or has any power over that group to tell them what they can and cant say.




So who would like to apologize for falling for this hoax?

I can't believe how moronic you are. Of course the lawsuit was thrown out because there was no injury.

That doesn't make the idea that there was collusion with the DOJ/BOE to stop parents from showing up.

So are civil lawsuits included? if you would actually be consistent in your beliefs you would be easier to understand. I think half the time you're high as a kite on here and you don't remember what you even say from day to day.

That would be correct, but the Judge does say in his ruling how full of **** these parents are. Literally says they misread the memo and it does not in any way target parents excersising their legal first amendment rights.

Yeah its inconsistent because I am using your logic against you. I am literally pointing out your inconsistencies. So why dont we settle this now. Is an investigation that does not result in charges/conviction a hoax or are we going to say just because there wasnt charges/conviction does not mean there was no crime committed? You tell me. What's not acceptable is applying one standard to MAGA and another to everyone else.

The funniest **** is when I am not stoned is when you people hate the most on it. I was completely sober the last 3 days. My dealer was out. I am good now though.



Since you just started posting here you dont know that I was happy Trump won in 2016. You dont know that I was actively rooting for Hillary to be charged. My issue was more the avoidance of FOIA requests than the classified **** and beyond that I have a seething hatred of her because she championed the 94 crime bill which was/is a disaster. You dont know that I **** all over Biden in the primaries and was literally begging the left to nominate anyone but him.



You people are so out there that yeah it does cause me to defend people I dont like because you people make up ridiculous ****. You people try desperately to paint me at a partisan person because you cant accept that someone has legitimate reasons to not bow at the altar if Trump. And in the end we were right about him. Tried to overthrow the election when he lost. Sent an angry mob to harm his own VP. You can say that's not the words he said but anyone with 2 brain cells knew what his words were leading to. That he didnt k omw his words would lead to those actions is part of what makes him dangerously unfit for office.

Biggest difference is that the whistleblowers that reported on Trump were awarded where the whistleblowers going against Biden's FBI/DOJ will be punished. They're risking their jobs doing this so the chance of a lie is much less.
