I do think it’s interesting how (D)’s chances for Senate, using 538, have tracked with retail gas prices.

When prices peaked in June, (D) had a 40% chance to win the Senate.

As prices steadily declined from early June to mid-September, (D)’s chances of winning the Senate steady improved almost in lockstep.

(D)’s chances to win the Senate reached a high point of 71% in the third week of September, the same week retail gas prices reached their minimum.

As gas prices have crept back up, (D)’s chances of winning the Senate have fallen. They’re now at 59%.

I don’t think gas prices are a perfect proxy for the party in power to stay in power, but most voters in this country aren’t hyper-online like posters on this board are. They don’t know about drag queen reading hours or what’s happening in Ukraine. Something as simple as a posted price of a good that most of them consume on a regular basis might mean more than some would like to think.
 
The #1 voting issue has and always will be the economy and gas prices are a large part of that. The recent marijuana announcement was 100% an effort to get more votes. Thats kind of what politics is, giving people what you believe they want in an attempt to get more votes. What MAGA is trying to do is say this is the same as Trump trying to astroturf an investigation into his perceived main election rival to help his election chances. Its apples and oranges. I think Trumps guilty as hell on a lot of things but if Biden is calling anyone to pressure them into charging Trump or anything like that I would have a huge problem with that. Presidents should NEVER be involved in investigating their opposing candidate.

Just like the regime couldn’t allow canvassing to expose their fraud they have to block Twitter deal to prevent people from realizing it’s just a tool of the globalists to make lies real.

Musk is literally arming ukranians with the world's greatest technology - for free - and he's the bad guy since he wants the war to stop.

If they can't control twitter how can they censor things like.hunter Biden going forward?

we know little or nothing Musk's reaction
all we have are reports of a maybe.
but even that maybe I thought interesting
no more or less

I still am not sure after what 10 years how I feel about Julian Assange or Eric Snowdon.
And like I said, what difference does it make what I think ?
