Nice to see a judge finally stand up to the DOJ and put an end to their shenanigans. The DOJ ordered a nonprofit org to turn over everything in their possession so the DOJ could go on a fishing expedition to nail them on something. Sound familiar? Their crime? They promoted the Alabama Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act (VCAP), which banned transgender hormones and surgeries for people under 19.

I agree with the decision. I cant even find any kind of accusation of wrongdoing in which to subpoena something. To call gender affirming surgery life saving is ridiculous in every way shape and form.
