The Biden Presidency

Every D politician in PA just got bumped down 1-2 percentage points. Just an unbelievably awful misstep from this regime.

We are in the middle of transitioning away from it. But it can't be a reckless transition. It wouldn't be a bad thing if the current generation of coal miners was the last one. Mancin is someone I agree with a fair amount. It is silly of him to twist this reality as somehow being rude or disrespectful to coal miners. But hey if it helps him hold on to office I am ok with it, considering the most likely alternatives.

Considering the country can't run without coal I'd say it creates a lot of jobs

In addition to nsacpi’s correct point that we’re transitioning away from it, there’s so much automation that there aren’t nearly as many jobs as you’d think.

You misunderstood the point I was making

Oh, I see. It was just a bad point, since the entire premise of Biden’s statement was that we needed to accelerate our development of coal alternatives. This would cause coal to no longer create those jobs.

And by cant he means shouldn't, not "you should be imprisoned for saying it" or however those who want to be outraged want to interpret it.

Garsh how bout that just give them more money and power to solve the weather

(They are still counting votes)
