I'm still; wondering if requiring a photo ID to participate in something is racist or not... perhaps asking 20 times will be the magic number
Is speaking racist?

It's in the constitution. We just need a congress with the stones to appropriately enforce it. Won't happen of course because republicans benefit from stopping people from voting. So they'd stonewall any attempt to enforce the amendments of the constitution
Is speaking racist?
No
Any other questions? I don't dodge them like a scared little bitch like you do
'Stopping' people from voting? Based on what nonsense is this?
All I know is the left did everything possible to stop simple inspection of results. If you don't see how thats a massive red flag then there is no helping you.
....wut?
Purging voter rolls, voter ID laws, etc. ALl these things drives down turnout.
Again, jsut change the laws for apportioning seats in the house. Make it for states with Voter ID based on the number of eligible voters with voter IDs not just number of citizens and states without voter ID based on number of eligible voters.
Why can't you answer a simple question. If speaking isn't racist, how can people say racist things?
This is where you step into the legal quagmire of a few things.
1. As I've said it's stupid to compare constitutional rights to non-constitutional rights.
2. You're also comparing something that's largely up to the discretion of the person who chooses to enforce it to something that is applied to every citizen. For example, if my old ass walks into a bar, odds are I won't be carded.
But again, show me anything that says there isn't racial bias in Voter ID laws.
This reminds me when Goldy said that a hurricane happened in the south bc they didn't vote for HRC

With all that said, is it racist to require everyone to show an ID to buy a beer?
I... I literally can't contort my brain to think of something so retarded
Speaking isn't racist.
Speaking racist things is racist
Are you actually retarded?
It's not actually required by law to show ID to buy beer. It's illegal to sell beer to someone under 21 and showing ID is how that is avoided. But in no state I've been in has it been required to have everyone be carded when purchasing alcohol. Infact I have infrequently been carded in the 14+ years I've been 21+ Only places I"ve been carded 100% are beer fests. Which is certainly a liability thing the insurers of the event require.
So what you're saying is that inside of a question there's wiggle room. For example, not everything that is said is racist, nor would everything that require ID be racist.
So you believe that requiring an ID is sometimes racist, but not always?
On the occasions that it is racist, what make it racist?
