The executive branch has been stabilized and the President has not been impeached. Biden has been very successful working with Congress to pass legislation to stabilize the economy and improve infrastructure for decades.

It's pretty obvious. Biden knows how government works and more importantly, how to work within government. His assistants and allies are not tossed aside when they disagree with him nor are they headed for prison.
