The Biden Presidency

The Supreme Court is just another DC jury.

No evidence points to Chauvin's involvement in Floyd's death but I know with you the narrative has always been more important than the facts. Personally, I find it appalling that that the autopsy clears him but yet he's in jail.

If the SCOTUS did the right thing your protesters would be burning our cities down again. I'm willing to believe that and the fact the FBI won't protect the court against protestors at their houses influenced the decision. The Dobbs case showed that the Biden administration will risk the lives of the SCOTUS members just to get even with them for applying the law in a way that Biden and his people don't like.

Thankfully, the next republican president will do the right thing.

Just a reminder, lecturer. Here's Floyd's autopsy. Enjoy your banana republic.

Just a reminder for our resident legal scholar Garmel, this denied appeal was only about the claim of a tainted jury. Any appeal about the cause of death would be separate matter. I would also point out that autopsy results can and have been influenced by politics to help cops get off. I am not saying that's what happened here but it is a thing. They even made up a cause of death called "excited delirium" that has no scientific basis to help cops avoid charges.

I was going by one of the prosecutors in the case on X who was cheering the SCOTUS decision and acting as if this was Chauvin's last legal stance. I still don't think anything will happen in favor of Chauvin. That may change if Biden's out but I'm not sure the SCOTUS wants to deal with the blowback.

Tides are turning. We are going to crush the Marxist trash that tried to destroy the west.

Another reason why the Bush wing of the GOP, the dying eGOP portion, tried to take Paxton down.

Invasion of the third world hurts black people the most.

One man pointed this out endlessly and now the demographic math is changing forever.

It’s amazing that you can walk through life not thinking policies matter.

Americans are spoiled and thought this thing runs on autopilot. And for the most part it does except when you have a coordinated operation to destroy the country.

The White House issued a brutal response Monday to what it said was the "inappropriate" nickname President Biden has been given by critics of his support for Israel amid its war with Hamas terrorists.

Dubbed "Genocide Joe," Biden has increasingly become the target of far-left protests across the country, including by some in his own party accusing him of supporting an effort to wipe out Gaza and the Palestinian people.

"We're not worried about nicknames and bumper stickers. I mean, it's First Amendment free speech. The president's focused on … making sure that we can continue to support Israel as they fight a terrible terrorist group, Hamas," National Security Council spokesman John Kirby initially told New York Post reporter Steven Nelson, who asked him for a response to the nickname during the White House press briefing.

Kirby then shifted his response to blast those using the term "genocide" in a context outside of referring to the express goal of Hamas: the complete eradication of Jews.

"People can say what they want on the sidewalk, and we respect that. That's what the First Amendment is about. But this word genocide is getting thrown around in a pretty inappropriate way by lots of different folks," he said.

"What Hamas wants, make no mistake about it, is genocide. They want to wipe Israel off the map. They've said so publicly on more than one occasion, in fact, just recently. And they've said that they're not going to stop," he said, adding that attacks like that of Oct. 7 would continue to happen "again and again and again."

Kirby acknowledged that there had been "too many" civilian deaths within Gaza as a result of military action, but that Israel was "not trying to wipe the Palestinian people off the map."

"Israel's trying to defend itself against a genocidal terrorist threat. So if we're going to start using that word, fine, let's use it appropriately," he said.

I haven’t had many nice things to say about Biden or this WH, butI have to give them credit for their moral clarity here. Hopefully they continue to resist the idiotic views of (D)‘s pro-Hamas wing.

Was the autopsy not part of the evidence of the trial? I believe any appeal based on that would need to be new evidence. Recent Supreme Court rulings have no favored people who appeal claiming they were actually innocent. Here is one example.

I guess they only care about accurate language when its directed at POTUS though.

Milei said it correctly, "the masses demanded that a need is the same as a right" and that is simply not true.

I agree with that, I just dont agree with having a delusional lunatic who is corrupt as hell and hates Democracy as the President. And that makes me a leftist somehow.
