Georgia has been "semi-open" for a week now.
People are still not going out. I imagine it will be the same for Texas, Michigan (limited opening over the next 2 weeks) in the upcoming weeks.
As nsacpi has said, people don't feel safe/comfortable going out to restaurants in the short-term. This was going to happen with or without stay at home orders.
There are a few incidents of barber's/stylists doing house calls during shutdown, and dying from COVID. My stylist didn't want to go back to work yet because she follows a lot of these stories in the industry, but their franchise operator is forcing everyone to go back. Have a friend that owns a nail salon, and she's taken extra measures to mitigate risks, and people are being nasty to her for taking too long cleaning in between appointments.
