The Coronavirus, not the beer

This is what most people predicted would happen. Notice that cases aren't exploding in the east? It's because they're better adapted to this than we are.

Handling of COVID seems directly linked to confidence in the government. Places that take government recommendations or laws seriously seem to be doing better than others. Conservatives constantly point to Sweden making it seem like Sweden is doing nothing and nothing's happening to them but ignoring that Sweden is telling it's people to do things, primarily work from home and always practice social distancing, and people are doing them. They're not throwing COVID parties, Sweden's soccer league still suspended.

Lol

Trump wants whatever gets him re-elected. Trump will do anything and everything to win. He'd sell his own children off if it meant not losing. So of course he wants a bigger deal.

But is that not better for the people ?

You are letting your hatred get in the way of the best relief which is pretty ducked up

What's sad is you believe all the **** you post.

https://www.npr.org/sections/health...c-at-rates-far-higher-than-in-other-countries

"The rate of COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. since June 7 is 27.2 per 100,000 people. In contrast, in Italy, the death rate is down to 3.1 per 100,000."

It's like you want to give Trump an award for being consistently bad instead of doing well when he should have

I've been posting a weekly update of deaths here compared to a peer group of countries. For some reason it often is unpopular with some folks. It shows how badly we have been doing. I'm sure those two things are unrelated.

You're confusing my opinion with my political analysis. Pelosi is making a genius move. She has Trump by the little ones, she can make him try and bully the Senate around to get the deal the house Dems want because Trump and Senate Rs sat on their hands.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/covid-relief-bill-passes-house-senate-next/

I learned a long time ago not to trouble myself for your political analysis.

I just think your opinion stinks, because it isn't the right thing to do.

If it wasn't the right thing to do how do you explain Mitch letting the Heroes Act die on his desk? Was that the right thing?

Because the heroes act wanted a trillion dollars in unrelated bull ****

The reps are trying to do standalone relief bills but Pelosi ain't having that.

maybe it is time to revisit Trumps tests & diagnosis of Covid
and who of his investor class friends knew what and when

While Trump was lying about the coronavirus being “very much under control”

his administration was briefing big investors that the situation was worse.
