In general, everyone needs the ability to do this basic inference...

“China” = CCP

This does not mean Chinese people are responsible (racists please learn this lesson).

This does not mean that Europeans are responsible for the East Coast break out (gotcha crowd please learn this lesson)

This means that the CCP knowingly suppressed (and continue to suppress) extremely valuable information that would have given the entire world (1) early direct guidance so we could prevent global spread and (2) insight into the curve of this disease so we can prepare plans for reopening the economy and contact tracing measures. This doesn’t excuse early failures by the Trump administration, but it absolutely was a direct cause.

Instead, everyone is playing this stupid ass game of “Trump/Republicans hates China not Europe because one is white and the other is not”. That’s not even close to the point.

This is also why I'm a little disappointed with the types of people that still think we should do business with the CCP at all.

They are gangsters and should be treated as such.
