I've been learning 3 languages + coding while holed up in my house for the last month+.
Ive also watched about 50 movies, and have been binging HOUSE MD so i can find a cure.
I think you think I spend more time on this site than I actually do. Me taking a 30 minute break from too much language learning and posting here is not an indicator I spend as much time on here as say thethe.
My birthday was yesterday and I went out for an hour to pick up this great gift from a friend of mine.

that's the tough question...Sweden's death rate is significantly above ours...if we applied their policies our number of deaths would be a good deal higher...they're going to be high anyhow, but I think they might be hundreds of thousands higher if we took Sweden's approach
but we are also burning through $500 billion of GDP per month with our current approach...this is not sustainable
it is an awful choice to have to make
I would like to avoid making that choice. And I think we can by making a massive push for testing. Test everyone every two weeks and we can reopen the economy without risking all those extra deaths.
My father lives with me, and he watches Fox News all day. Hard to avoid ir when I'm in the kitchen cooking and he's got it on.
I haven't gone out of my way to watch a presser since the beginning of the month. Some nights I'll turn it on on YouTube after it's done and just skim over it and laugh at Trump.
But they're not as entertaining as they were a month ago since Trump's polling numbers have gotten worse and he's gotten even more desperate
Fauci was not at the podium I think for nearly all of last week, so wasn't much reason to tune in. Now that we have indeed flattened the curve, much less reason to watch.

Cuomo hasn't used pressers as campaign rallies and as an excuse to get into fights with reporters for soundbytes and clips.
Cuomo has been generally pretty blunt in his pressers and sounds way more level-headed when responding to "tough" questions whereas Trump has received softball questions from MSM time to time and still threw a fit.
Cuomo has said on numerous times the buck stops with him, whereas Trump doesn't hesitate to throw anyone under the bus while taking credit for everything he has nothijg to do with if it goes well.
Reasonable people are willing to be more forgiving and understanding to people who show humility. Trump always touting himself and everything he does and taking credit for things he nothing to do with, but not wanting to take responsibility for anything bad has backfired on him finally. You live by the sword you die by the sword.
Why you can't understand the difference between the two, I understand, but I'll never understand.

But his policies have been disastrous.
Yall can never seem to understand the difference between words and policies. It's why Trump has permenant residence in your head. It's why yall think Obama was amazing while he locked kids in cages.

When Cuomo gives credit to those he works with, it sounds like he's giving credit where credit is due.
When Trump gives credit to his associates, it's obvious he's "allowing" them to take credit, to make himself look good at the same time. This is the symptom of a narcissist. And I'm sure most of us have worked for a boss like this.
