I think the world shutting down and looking at how pollution and clean air were an actual thing in big cities... should be more than enough proof.

Cases are most certainly NOT increasing exponentially. They are in fact falling and have been effectively flat for the 3-4 weeks prior.

Immunity walls are a real thing.

Also, Finland and Norway will be in a precarious situation when they are re-opened because such a small percentage of their population has been exposed. All they did was kick the can down the road.

That case wasn't about social distancing. The cops came buy and there was an open baggy of weed. Then the guy and girl started acting aggressive to the cops and resisted arrest after they told them to disperse. Yes, the response was probably too much, but it had nothing to do with social distancing, it had to do with them blatantly breaking the law. Resisting arrest can be a felony and if you're being aggressive to a cop, you're an idiot. Now the family members and media are crying "it was only because of social distancing" which is bull crap... there are always too sides... don't have an open bag of weed on the street in plain site... don't threaten a cop.

thethe... experts aren't even certain if heard immunity can be achieved from this virus. In fact, some people have been reported to have gotten it twice. And if its herd immunity like the flu, it will be different every year. Sweden is certainly in worse shape than Finland and Norway. And the cases are increasing.

The reports that you are discussing for re-infection came from SK and it was already determined that was due to false postiives/negatives from regular testing. I agree it is not proven that immunity exists or even how long it lasts but if there wasn't a form of immunity it would be one of the first viruses of its kind like that and we would never see case loads dropping.

Where are you getting that cases are increasing in Sweden?

I was simply looking at yesterday and today, so I haven't looked as far as you. But they had more cases today than yesterday and the logarithmic chart is still increasing, but you're right that it isn't exponential anymore. That was my bad. My point is, if herd immunity is like flu herd immunity, then we have to have a new vaccine every year. And most corona viruses, the immunity is not long (SARS is an outlier as immunity seems to last for years). If heard immunity for corona viruses was such a great concept, we wouldn't be getting common colds over and over again every year.

For one, emergency situations are temporary. When a governor calls for a state of emergency, there is a general time frame that must be adhered to, unless a extension is agreed upon.

If it was pushed through the legislature, certainly. If it is a law, the state has the right to punish if people are breaking said law.

Right now I dont believe there is evidence that the CCP virus mutates similar to the common cold.

I could be wrong about that.

The whole point of a flu shot though is that you are receiving antibodies that are formed from when the body is fighting the virus. Just let people who won't die develope that naturally.

Governor claims something is an emergency and gets unilateral power to house arrest the entire state.

That was really ****ing easy.

I imagine we can make ANYTHING an emergency with enough fear porn and media support.
