Tons of businesses in all rural areas have had "No shoes, no shirt, no service" signs for as long as I can remember. Nice restaurants refuse service if you aren't dressed fancy enough. You are talking out of your ass right now.

It's isn't a double standard. Sexual Orientation is a protected class. If a black person was denied service at the same bakery because the baker was a KKK member and his religion forbid him to interact with black people, would you still support this ridiculous notion?

The virus transmits more frequently indoors because most of those are the places where there is a lot more interaction (you know, places llike your work, public transit, restaurants, museums, planes, hotels) not at home sitting on your coach. If you are staying at home (aside from working or getting groceries/take out) then your avenues for catching the virus are substantially more limited than if you were carrying on with your life as if nothing was happening. So pretending that people sheltering at home are somehow more inclined to get infected is about the most ridiculous I've ever heard. And again no is saying stay inside and never go outside.

The situations aren't remotely comparable. But yes, that is the case. The same way a baker could deny someone service for having no socks and shoes.
Again, is it your opinion the baker has a right to refuse service to a black person?
Or in large high rises where it can move in ventilation and plumbing. But I'm sure you've read the work done on this as well.
