let’s do this with something that actually makes sense:
the right claimed democrats would stop talking about covid if Biden won because that’s exactly what they do when something isn’t politically useful to them anymore.
remember the caravans? the caravans that were going to imminently doom us all?
right after elections in 2018...poof. gone.
of course, dems are still talking about covid. because covid is getting worse and worse. because we still have the worst possible leadership. but republicans told us exactly what they would do - as if we didn’t already know.

Unlike you I understand the Constitution. I understand separation of powers, something you've talked up a lot. But it seems like you only want that to apply to things you want them to apply to, like letting businesses discriminate based on bigotry.
