If Cuomo and his administration knowingly falsified data, as it appears they did, then there's a good chance they broke laws. I haven't researched the statutes closely enough to see which laws they might be, but odds are they're there.

The more I look at this the worse it gets. This guy was doing a victory lap knowing he was covering up a body count he helped create.

Cuomo is the same looser we all knew in high school that had connection and despite being a complete **** up would en up having success. Usually those losers are never in a position to hurt others. Unfortunately, that was not the case with Cuomo.

It should be investigated, and it looks like DoJ, FBI, and federal prosecutors in Brooklyn are investigating. The state legislature will probably conduct it's own investigation. The known facts are a political embarrassment and scandal. We'll find out in due course if any of it rises to the level of criminality.
