I think you are probably right. The Haitians at the border had jobs in Panama and elsewhere. They quit those jobs and sold their homes. Bad moves on their part. I don't think they have a legal leg to stand on.

They dumped their ID's from these central/south American nations so they can say they are escaping the turmoil in Haiti.

They are being trained to do these things.
 
People who have natural immunity don't need the vaccine. A carve out in mandates for them is a reasonable ask.

And people who don't have it should get the vaccine if they love their neighbors or even care a little about the strangers they interact with.

It makes zero sense for healthy people under 40 to get vaccinated.

Those who still want it by all means please do so but don't try to argue that the math shows that you NEED to be vaccinated.

the vaccines are a godsend...but they are not perfect...so when one of us gets vaccinated, it helps everyone we interact with...it is something we can do on behalf of those we interact with
 
The experts that the idiot right have become about vaccine efficacy is amusing. It flys in the face of even simple math.

For a fun anecdotal story. I know 2 people that got COVID last week. One Vaccinated (Pfizer) one not. The one who was not vaccinated, got very ill, The one who was got mild symptoms. He spent time maskless in a spreader situation with at least 3 other vaccinated individuals. none of them contracted cOVID yet including the wife and significant other of the people, both of them Vaccinated. So Breakthrough infections happen. But the vaccine works.

Since we are doing anecdotes, a famous fantasy football Podcaster at 38 was double vaxxed and just died of covid
