it would be oppressive AND tyrannical for me to oppose the rights of Mr Brumley and the Braves to reach whatever arrangement they thought worked best for them...they are consenting adults of sorts...let them be

I think it's really unfortunate that Brantley had to choose between a worthless experimental vaccine he didn't need and his livelihood.

You celebrating his firing as a choice of freedom is akin to you celebrating Harvey Weinstein sex victims as a choice of freedom

You need to live out your remaining years in a nursing home... Just not one in NY, NJ or MI

but isn't it worse than worthless...it is positively harmful...causing massive heart disease and deaths among young healthy people

what's so worthless about requiring doctors and nurses to be vaccinated if it reduces the chances of transmission to the immunocompromised and other vulnerable patients they routinely encounter

asking for a friend who thinks of himself as a reasonable person

or would that be something a reasonable person might call oppression AND tyranny

It actually increases transmission long term when you consider the waning immunity versus natural. So actually it’s a bad thing.

The “if” is doing a lot of work there…after a 20+ month sample size, not convinced the vaccine is doing anything other than reducing the risk of death to those doctors/nurses receiving the vaccine.
