The Don

Yeah, I think the Trump campaign has done a pretty solid job of convincing me not to vote for Bill Clinton. Unfortunately for them, they've chosen to take an issue where many Americans would feel sympathy for the wife involved, and draws a pretty direct parallel to their own candidate's behavior.

I think part of it was trying to deflect blame and part of it was trying to point out that Hillary actively tried to discredit the women or just reacted with indifference in general, therefore making her a huge hypocrite. A NY Times article a couple weeks ago talked discussed how opinions vary in regard to her reactions to Bill's scandals. I don't think Bill Clinton ever has bragged about grabbing women by their vagina when not invited to do so, but I can assure you that some of the loudest people in this debate against Trump would turn a blind eye if he were a Democrat. Much like if Obama were a Republican, and Congress was under Democratic control, Republicans would be whining about an obstructionist Congress. That's what's wrong with our political system today, but it's also just politics and bull****.

I find both candidates appalling for different reasons.

"21,000 people, can you believe this," Trump says, in a 17,500-seat arena in Cincinnati that is not full.

well, good thing no one is voting for him then i guess

I'd like to direct you to the words of my good friend Michele Obama, a true moral arbiter:

"One of the important aspects of this race is modeling what good families should look like. And my view is that if you can't run your own house, you certainly can't run the White House. Can't do it."

Bill Clinton might be a sack of ****, too, and Hillary like a whole other bunch of corrupt politicians. But when you have to say "well our guy might suck, but theirs is worse," there's your problem right there. The more I see and read each day, the prouder I am to not be voting for either of them.

I can understand why you would vote for one of them because of the supreme court or you think you're just voting for the lesser of two evils, but to actively promote either of them is indefensible, imo.

Soooo we're talking about the Clinton household here? Or perhaps the cartel currently inhabiting the white house? Lulz. Fake, fake, fake, fake, fake. These fakers hate Clintons. They're just trying to save the sinking ship that is the positive view of Obama's "legacy".

I mean, I don't think the world will spin off its axis if Clinton is elected. I suppose I wouldn't lose any real sleep in the long run with Trump, but it's entirely plausible he could help start World War III. I hope there would be people around him smart enough to prevent that.

There's recently been some cold war type **** going on though thanks to this Syrian mess. But you're taking a lesser of two evil's approach, which is reasonable. It's hard to disagree because I honestly don't know what Trump would do.

I'm going to focus on down-ballot races with my voting. Not going to vote for the lesser or greater of two evils for president. Will probably wind up writing someone in.

I'm in Georgia, so my vote won't make a difference. Trump should win Georgia (although by a smaller margin), and if he doesn't, it's going to be a complete landslide. A total disaster as he would call it.

I wonder if anybody realizes just how much Russia is ramping things up on their end. Putin called home all relatives of foreign diplomats yesterday, Russian TV broadcasters have been urging people to know where their nearest bomb shelters are.

The propaganda machines are in full force.

Obama to GOP: You built Trump

“If your only agenda is negative — negative’s a euphemism — crazy — based on lies, based on hoaxes,” Obama said, “this is the nominee you get. You made it possible.”

And if Republicans insist that their problem with Trump is just his bragging about sexual assault or the women who’ve now accused him of assaulting them, Obama said, they have to answer for why they didn’t speak up when he proposed the Muslim ban or any number of other policies the president called offensive and destructive

Michelle Obama will campaign for Hillary Clinton in Arizona soon, a top Democrat tells @jeffzeleny.

.....

Michelle strategically only goes where there is a win.
Kinda like a closer only appearing in save situations
