The Ender Tracker

I just have a bad feeling he will get traded. He's become one of my favorite guys to watch and I'll be sad if we send him off and let Mallex take his place, even if it's a lopsided deal.

125 ABs. One hundred twenty five at bats.

He didn't suck against lefties in the minors (didn't rake them mind you, but held his own and wouldn't need to be platooned based on those numbers), so the only numbers that actually say he's struggled against lefties are 135ish ABs last year. He hit .275ish against them in 2014 and of course has hit them well this year. There is far more evidence at this point that he can be decent against lefties than there is that he can't hit them.

shh, doesn't fit the narrative. throw some insults if you really want to drive home your opinion.

What is wrong with you? Why would you call someone a 'little retarded boy?' lol you could use SO many words to describe your feelings of opposition towards someone, but retarded? Come on, man!

Also, Ender is awesome!

Why are you sensitive man?!?! Aren't you a MAN like Enscheff, Message Board Poster?!?

I just wonder if this guy was even born when I saw my first professional baseball game. Which was at Tiger Stadium in 1959.......

This is how I'm feeling right now.

Seriously, Ender has hit RHP better than LHP over his career (which is kind of a "duh"), but the most noticeable difference in the splits comes from the power differentials. His BA against LHP is a respectable .271 with an isoOBP of .039. Against RHP, the figures are .312/.348. Better average and slightly better iso. It's in his SLG that a considerable differential shows up: .411 against RHP and .324 against LHP (and he has yet to hit a HR off of a LHP). A lot of that difference has melted in 2016, but I think it's safe to say his approach is different against LHP and it has worked this season.
