Zero HRs in the last 556 PA. That's impressive. I thought it would be fun to look at various players' HRs per PA for comparison.

So here is a list of how many PA's per HR these guys have over their careers.

Henry Aaron- 18.46

Javy Lopez- 22.3

Chipper Jones- 22.7

Michael Tucker- 37.5

Marcus Giles- 43.9

Luis Polonia- 147.11

John Smoltz- 233.4

Greg Maddux- 362.4

Mario Mendoza- 364

Otis Nixon- 527.3

Drum roll please...

Rafael Belliard- 1,262

This team is almost half way to Rafael Belliard HR futility. Anyone got any other interesting comparisons?

You would think that someone would run into the ball and hit one out sometime or another. It tells you how awful these hitters are.

I'd put odds on that we won't hit another homer until we get out to Colorado? July 21-24.....believe! Reason to believe, though, the Braves could walk into one sooner at Philadelphia.

have 2 different bets with a friend while we were sitting there at opening day

Markakis won't hit more than 8 homeruns this year and that Garcia will hit 30 or more

i feel safe in both of the bets that i will win
