Another well known tactic by police to give themselves the excuse to brutalized protesters. Its crazy that we allow the people they are protesting break up the protests.

Too bad Trump isn't President. His press conference where he blames everyone else and claims to have done the most for train safety in the history of the world would totally have prevented/fixed the problem.

Btw, everyone knows his regulation cutting policies helped cause that disaster.
