I think my side has some responsibility for opposing immigration enforcement, but that is an entirely separate issue from the violation of civil liberties.
I find this to be the wrong question. I’m sure it has contributed to the response, but it does not justify it, particularly within the context of immigration enforcement.

Hold up, you mean to tell me that protestors didn’t just happen to discover that church had a pastor who is an ICE official after showing up? Still not sure what Don Lemon’s crime is here.

Having federal immigration agents detain legal residents and citizens and assaulting others isn’t “doing something about it.”

Texas is fully cooperative with ICE. This isn't the logic trap you want it to be. Instilling your logic, then they should not bother cooperating with ICE because they can't even slow down illegals in texas.
