Trump's SOP schtick is so full of lies and crazy exaggeration that him in severe mental decline will sound pretty much the same as he's always sounded. He may be one of the greatest liars and bull**** artists of all time. He has mastered it, I'll give him that. It takes an enormous amount of "not give a $hit" to lie like he does.
