Manafort's Ukrainian partner to Manafort. It's possible that this went nowhere, but how likely does that seem, really?
 
Manafort was clearly doing pro-russian work in the Ukraine. Trump just happened to hire him to be his campaign manager. Just a total coincidence, I'm sure. (not that we haven't known this forever).

can't wait to hear the "Manafort was a Podesta plant!" narrative!
