Fairfax should resign. But if Dems are the only ones playing by the rules, then the rules need to be changed. So I don't care. If Kavanaugh can have multiple women accuse him of rape and sexual assault, if Trump can have multiple women accuse him of rape and sexual assault, if Roy Moore can have multiple women say he molested/raped them when they were minors and still get 40+% of the vote, then the Dems should reevaluate if it's worth playing by the rules.

Well, Kavanaugh's accusers couldn't corroborate a single accusation unlike Fairfax.

But good for you admitting that you odn't need to be any more moral than the moral high ground you pretend to have.

So because someone couldn't remember the story of someone who didn't report a rape in high school 35 years ago, then we should assume that the victim wasn't raped? Even though she had discussed rape with therapists and other before hand.

My position on this is very clear.

We can't take someone down based on an accusation from 35 years ago with no evidence, no corroboration, and an ever changing story like Dr. Ford's.

I'd have the same standards for Fairfax. But his accusers have already been more credible.

For what it's worth I consider both of them credible. But then again, I'm not tied to a party line like you.

Which hoe many reps called for an investigation into Kavanaugh? Fairfax also passed the FBI background checks that were cited by Cavanaugh and Trump as faborable to them.

ANd it's not like you waited to jump down Fairfax until Feb 8th. Which you konw, was yesterday.

It's ok to admit you're moving the goal posts, everyone will forget this because you know, Trump will do something dumber than Presidential Harassment any time now.
 
Republicans don't give a whit about people who commit sexual assault. They were fine to put one on the Supreme Court and one in the White House. They have zero credibility on the issue. Less than zero.

That said, Dems want all 3 of those to resign.

I have no idea if that's accurate but also not sure why it is relevant. The reason it was cited for Kavanaugh because he was being accused of raping like 10,000 people at gang rape parties... You'd think that would have surfaced somewhere in the previous 35 years

Trump has done a great job this week of not stealing the spotlight from the left's disastrous week though. Let's see how long he can resist.
