Trump has clearly been compromised by Russia. There's no other explanation for his actions and his comments. He sounds exactly like a guy who knows he's in deep kaka.

Pretty fascinating subject with quite a lot of documented history. It would be amazing if Putin, the ex-KGB Colonel, would miss such an easy opportunity as the egomaniac Trump.

For decades, hotels across the former Soviet Union visited by foreigners were equipped with bugging devices and cameras by the K.G.B. A remnant can still be seen in Tallinn, the capital of the former Soviet republic Estonia, where the new Finnish owners of the former Intourist hotel have set up a museum to display the surveillance and other techniques used to spy on and blackmail foreign guests.

Peep Ehasalu, who helped set up the museum, said that 60 of the hotel’s 423 rooms were bugged and reserved for “interesting persons” like foreign businessmen. Guests who were judged vulnerable to blackmail were put in a handful of rooms with holes in the walls through which special cameras would film dalliances with prostitutes. All the prostitutes, Mr. Ehasalu said, worked for the K.G.B., which chased away freelance sex workers who had not been officially approved.

Anyone with any sense. He's fighting with everyone except Putin. Good people will not go near him as he is becoming as toxic as he can be.

Leftists??? You mean those who believe in democracy and freedom. You say the word left or liberal in almost every post. I've never seen anyone on here so unhinged from reality. The whole world is lining up against Trump, including the intelligence community of this country.

Who is he fighting with exactly?

The intelligence community that leaked a fraudulent report?

Merkel who completely destablized Europe by pushing her migrant policy?

The EU which is crumbling as people speak up that they don't want to be ruled by exterior entities?

NATO which has been a sham for a long time?

Leftists believe in democracy and freedom? Their affinity towards large government is the exact opposite of that.

I know your powers of observation are weak but if you read it again, you'll see that I wrote, that "it feels like.... are about to start jumping", which it does. Stay tuned.

Trump's entanglement with Russia is only going to get worse. His sudden love of Russia is being examined by every intelligence agency in the free world. Maybe he will survive. I won't count him out, as lucky as he is. But he is starting his Presidency, if he makes it to Friday, already hobbling wild-eyed by scandal, in-fighting and incompetence. I don't see how it doesn't just continue to get worse.

The GOP will likely give him enough rope to hang himself. I don't think he will last a year, much less four. If he rights his ship and turns into a competent President, I will say I was wrong and you were right.
 
Pay attention to court filings next week.
My understanding is DC hoteliers have a suit ready claiming Trump using his office to benefit his hotel interests.

I'm sure Trump is lawyered up in anticipation yet ...

This is shaping up to be a constitutional train wreck.
