The Trump Presidency

What is there to spin ?

A traditionally red district had a (D) outperform previous (D) candidates.
Will let you explain the meaning. If there is a meaning
outside of reports that it is a barometer of that elusive/fleeting feeling of "confidence and optimism" .
Even had he won (D) is still a minority
kinda like a 9th inning rally that falls short. Lots of yelling and screaming but --- scoreboard

In the end I believe the (R) candidate is favored to win, right?

Where's 57 trying to spin the Georgia special election?

57 and the dems are spinning that election?

he got more votes than all republicans combined but it's 57 that has to spin it?

only in an alternative fact world could that election thus far be a victory for trump and republicans.

So ... how is it a win for Democrats?

he got more votes than all others combined in a gerrymandered district that has gone republican for nearly 3 decades and was Newts district.

i don't know if i would say it's a win but it certainly doesn't need any spinning from 57 or a democrat the for amount of bull**** the dumbass president and all of drudges etc of the world were kicking and screaming about the oh so scary ultra liberal Jon Ossify

Outside the box idea; just have the president host the 8pm hour on Fox. I think he'd enjoy it more than presidenting.

How weird is it that we're 3 months into a presidency and the administration hasn't nominated undersecretaries/assistant secretaries/deputies at State and DoD?

Nice to see the president not know who the leader is of north korea in the same week that his too racist to be a judge but totally fine for Trump and republicans now to be attorney general doesn't know Hawaii is a state

When it comes to Trump and foreign affairs, the big problem is that you want to be fair, but you don’t want to encourage him. A lot of Americans liked the idea of responding to a chemical attack in Syria by bombing a Syrian air base. But if the president thought it was popular, wouldn’t he get carried away? It’s like praising a 4-year-old for coloring a picture, and the next thing you know he’s got his crayons out, heading for the white sofa.

What we want to do is take the crayons away and murmur: “Good boy. Now why don’t you go off and nominate some ambassadors for a change?”

And go find your boats.

Everyday they lower the bar even lower than respectable politicians who still believe in Democracy would ever dream of.

The two major Trump accomplishments from the 100 days -- the job #s and SCOTUS seat -- were, of course, inherited from Obama.
